1. gooddaay, am franca from lagos i sent a friend of mine to transfer money through western union in Uyo branch, and they told him the money will be transfer in 2 days time, and is almost 1month now they havent done it. when he went there they person in charge, later find out he used the money for something else(his personal issue) and the bank manager told me they will do something about it till now. please i want you to do something about it

  3. I am jegede modupe opeyemi I made a transfer of 43000 on my stanbic ATM on your ATM machine on October4th 2018 to first bank but my account was debited without reaching its destination. I filled a form on Friday 5th Oct 2018 and today is 10th October yet the money has not been reversed. This delay in reversal of the cash has cost a life in which I thank stanbic for leaving an indelible mark in me. Pls and pls help me reverse my money back on time before another damage is caused. I try to create a pin so that I can transfer and do all transaction even without going to the bank on my phone but along the process, I create a new pin with my last 4digit of my ATM card,all that they always send to me was………OTP validation fail.I have been trying this for a long time..I think I should just go to the bank withdraw all my money and close my account with stanbic.
