  1. pls I av enrol for Bvn yesterday 14th of march 2018. so the person who enrol the Bvn for me gave me tracking ID. so till now I av not receive any message about my Bvn code and av also fail *565*0# the reply was that I did not enrol for Bvn. so what should I do

Am ishola Hassan damilola, acc num: 0035977684 on the 24th of December 2018 I try to withdraw 3500 at a paga shop but the transaction was not successful but still my account was debited and I went to the bank on the 27th of the same month to logged the complain and they told me they are resolve the problem before 18th of January and till now they haven’t resolve anything. So pls am tired of saving into my diamond account again not because of anything but because of something like this, this the second time something like this we happen to me and nothing was done on it, so am begging u to do something on it.
