    • I made a payment through quickteller for my phcn bill. Transaction successful, was debited but the transaction reference number gives an error when i try to load. The digits are also incomplete. Can you advise on what i should do, no one picks on the customer care number.

    Good day,

    I am having problem using quick-teller with the ATM machine, I’m trying to transfer money from a bank account to my FCMB account.
    So after inserting my right detail into the ATM machine it appear showing be another person account name but my account number. So i called FCMB costumer service and they check through my detail to confirm if it’s correct and they told me that the problem is not from them that is from quick teller that i should contact quick teller.

    Please if there is anyway to resolve this issue please contact me or reply back for feedback.

Good morning I made a transaction on this platform using my ATM to pay for sub on dstv on 29/6/17 worth of 6300 naira plus 100naira charged up till now the money havent reflect on system .dstv customer care asked to provide the detail of the transaction of which I’ve deleted immediately I got a notification from my bank that 6300 naira plus 100naira has been deducted from my account please I will glad if you can help with the transactions detail so that I can foreword it to dstv . the smart number (10047221196)

    I was debited and near 2weeks now its yet to be reversed.
    I called my bank they said it is only interswich that can reverse it.
    I call the customer care no but no answer for near 1hour.
    I write to interswich via Email but reply.
    My question is: Who do I run to?

    Maybe its time we start withdrawing from using your services.

      If your payment was successful your viewing should be restored.
      Ensure your decoder is on channel 200 or 154 when you send the code.

    • Hello Valmon,
      GOtv does not reflect immediately. We usually advise waiting for at least 2-3hours.
      After 3 hours please send the RESET command and viewing should be restored.

    I made a transaction since on the 5th of Sept. 2017, on a school platform using my zenith debit card. I was debited twice without being successful, I have contacted my bank and they told me interwitch hasn’t reply up till now and is more than a month already.
    I haven’t face such problems with remita platform.
