  2. Please. I made a withdrawal of 7000 naira and I was debited today. But the ATM couldn’t dispense and I was already debited. Till now it has not been reversed.     I tried to transfer #45000 this morning at Access Bank ATM at Access Bank, Oshodi this morning.
    The transaction was not successful because the interswitch was inoperative. I was debited but till now it has not been reversed.

  6. I want to know if it is by force to bank with access. The bank has a poor customer interface, for a new generation bank which is supposed to thrive it is unfortunate.
    I asked for my account to be closed by a calabar branch since they have treated issues so poorly. In other to prevent persons who have that account number from thinking I still bank there.
    They have even refused to close my bank account even on my request and I am sure going to give them hell on monday

  16. Credit alert received, later debited… First question why was the access account credited debited within minutes both sender and receiver don’t ve alerts to that effect. Called customers center no tenable explanation.

My name is Goodhope Edmund osondu a single mother of 1, with state code OG/18B/0305, and acct no 0778740328, a serving youth corper @ greater tomorrow private school, tigbo luth estate, ota, ogun state. Main issue is that ever since i started receiving my service allowance, ive being unable to carryout any transaction all cos the access bank closest to my PPA, has refused to rectify what so ever is the issue. I believe you exactly know what it means to survive as a mother without my allowance for 4 months now. To be sincere, ive lived on borrowing and im out of luck already doing that.   21. I made a transaction of $30 on 7th of March 2019, and they paid my money back to me on 8th of March 2019. So on 13th of march, 2019 I check my balance my money has been withdrawn without my notification. Can you help me please.
