    I’ll kindly like to complain the lacklustre attitude of your cashiers when it comes to issuing Customs Duty Reciept
    I am a forwarding agent and I work in Apapa. I want to bring to your notice the cashiers in Randle road branch at Apapa.
    They are always nonchalant I’m handling customs duty and this is not the same standard in other banks especially this young teller known as Afis. I don’t know his surname because it isn’t written on his cubicle.
    Please call then to attention because this attitude of theirs is making me lose money in my business

  10. I use your POS machine in one of my outlets. Your bank debitted me for a successful transaction. Even after showing evidence that the transaction was successful on your terminal fcmb is yet to credit my account and this has been over 2 months. I keep hearing we are working on it. It’s so sad that in this 21st century this kind of a thing still happens. So sad.
