    I’ll kindly like to complain the lacklustre attitude of your cashiers when it comes to issuing Customs Duty Reciept
    I am a forwarding agent and I work in Apapa. I want to bring to your notice the cashiers in Randle road branch at Apapa.
    They are always nonchalant I’m handling customs duty and this is not the same standard in other banks especially this young teller known as Afis. I don’t know his surname because it isn’t written on his cubicle.
    Please call then to attention because this attitude of theirs is making me lose money in my business

I want to use this opportunity to get to your notice how Allen 2 branch lkeja has dubiously collected the sum of 7750 seven thousand seven hundred n fifty naria from my October salary account all effort to reverse my money fell in deaf ear I will be mad with FCMB if by the end of this week the money is not reverse thank you

  10. I use your POS machine in one of my outlets. Your bank debitted me for a successful transaction. Even after showing evidence that the transaction was successful on your terminal fcmb is yet to credit my account and this has been over 2 months. I keep hearing we are working on it. It’s so sad that in this 21st century this kind of a thing still happens. So sad.

    Dear Sir/Madam, Please I use your online app and my maximum daily transfer is only #5,000 (five thousand naira). But to my greatest surprise I noticed that one single transfer which I did today being 22/12/2018 debited me twice making a total of #10,000 (ten thousand naira) a day. How that was possible is what I can’t Understand. Meanwhile my account was debited #5000 twice today. And I have also contacted the beneficiary who told me that she only received #5,000 from me. Please kindly use your good office to get this error sorted out immediately. Regards, Chris

    Hello my bank and i, i have a complain to tender , 2617348013 here is acc. number, yesterday by 3:45pm i try to load my line as usual from my bank but this time i was surprise, i try to recharge with the sum of #1000 only and they showed me successful even debit but up till now i have not received any nor message, i am INNOCENT SAMPSON, JOHNSON , my FCMB has not done this before i’m always proud of them, pls customer care kindly do something to return it or recharge the line, thanks FCMB my bank nd i.
